36 Situational interview questions with answers
Using the situational interview is to determine how you would deal with the most challenging or crucial situations that you experience on the job. Interviewers need a specific solution for a certain circumstance that you could encounter on the job.
The situational interview is often similar to behavioral interview, but it does not mean that questions in the situational are as same as ones in the behavioral. In situational interview, interview questions a specific situation and need how to deal with it from candidate, while in behavioral interview, interviewer need you to tell the candidate’s own story involved in a situation he/she handled in the past.
